Thank you Zerorez for coming back a second time to work out the spots on my off white carpet. The carpet looked very nice when Carlos left, but as it dried, spots showed back up. Zerorez was prompt and wanted to help when they learned that I was not completely happy with the results. Carlos was eager to make the situation better and worked hard to do so. I really appreciate his hard work and his drive to do his best.
I like the fact that my carpet is nice and soft when it dries rather than "crunchy" from the chemicals when it dries. Zerorez is expensive, but worth the extra money.

We have very old carpet that we are not quite ready to replace. Whenever I need a freshen up, I call Zerorez. The technicians are always friendly and do a great job! The carpet is never left saturated so it dries quickly and completely.
