the technician did an excellent job and I and others were extremely surprised at how clean a 25 year old rug got. The drying time was fast and there was no problems afterwards. The price for services were very competitive and a great value for the price.

On time; explained exactly what would be done; took extra time to work on some really soiled areas of our carpeting; very professional; non-judgemental; was finished faster than expected; house smells great; I can't believe he was able to get out so much grime!
