My carpets look and feel so clean and the color restored in the tv room which is the most used with traffic. My dog had recently been sick and vomited in three different rooms and multiple areas. I was able to get an appointment to clean 48 hours after. I had spot cleaned but the stains were horrible and your company removed all stains. I will use again and highly recommend to family and friends.

Patrick did a wonderful job. He was polite and explained what he was going to do. He called to say he was running early and asked if coming in 30 minutes would be ok. We were thrilled to have it done earlier. He wore a mask and explained everything for our approval before beginning. No hidden fee's. Stains came out of carpet beautifully. It was dry in a few hours which was great.

Technicians were courteous and professional, worked quickly, and put care into their work. This was our second time using Zerorez and we will be using their services in the future as well.
