A special shout out to Carlos who was the technician the other day. He was timely, personable and knowledgeable. He was very conscious of where the hoses were and assured the baseboards and corners were not abraded by the movement of the hoses. He wore shoe cover booties and a mask while working. He’s welcome in my home anytime

We had Zerorez out to clean a few rooms and to address some left behind pet oder at a rental house. The rep did a good job and we were very satisfied. The new renters moved in and expressed disappointment that they smelled pet oder. Zerorez made arrangements to come out the next week and they did another oder treatment.

Made my 20-year old carpets look almost new (except for a few areas that are very worn). The technician worked had and completed all the areas of my home. He advised me about how long it should take to dry.

Your customer service representatives (including the cleaner) was very professional and friendly. Give him a raise! The price was equally competitive with other carpet cleaners in the area, and I love that no harsh chemicals were used to clean my carpets.
