Great cleaning

Damien was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in addressing questions we had and suggesting the right products for various stains on our carpet and rugs. He came during COVID and we appreciated all the safety measures in place (masks, gloves, booties, social distancing). We will definitely be using Zerorez and Damien for our future cleaning needs.

The carpet tech was on time and friendly. He worked with us to add on additional cleaning we wanted during the same visit. This is the 2nd time we have used Zerorez and were very happy with the results. We will definitely continue to use then in the future.

Thomas was on time and did a wonderful job. He didn't miss anything and explained everything thoroughly since it was my first time using your company. He represents you very well. Furniture and carpet look great and it was dry when I got up the next morning. Very important to me that there wasn't a lasting perfume smell. Just smelled clean. Great quality and value

You bring your own water. I’ll have to wait to comment til I find out if the treatment he put on it helps to keep it clean. He did good job cleaning the worn spots and the stairs
