All the baby spit up stains came out of our rug and carpet, as well as the stains on our upholstered chair and ottoman. Our technician, Carlos, was so communicative, friendly, and respectful. And the whole process took less than two hours. We’ll 100% use Zerorez again.

Respectful employees doing a good job, carpets are clean and not too wet after completion. One thing of concern was that technician noticed a red shading on the carpet that we never saw before. He could not get it out.
