Our technician,Roy called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He laid down protective
material on our wood floors and helped us move our furniture. He did a great job on our carpets. We use Zerorez twice a year and have always been very happy with the results.

Jordan was an excellent tech. He did a much better job than the previous tech who cleaned my carpets. I like that ZeroRez doesn't use chemicals in their cleaning process. My carpets were soft, smelled fresh and look so much better.
