The cleaner worked hard and was very great with customer service. However 24 hrs later, walked on carpet and the claim that the carpet would not be "crunchy " failed. Happy with most of stains being removed .

Tanner was excellent! He had great communication and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. Service took less than two hours and we had large areas. Prices were reasonable and we are extremely happy with the results. We have a lot of allergy sufferers in the house plus people with sensitivity to smells, and two cats who had made messes. Results were great at cleaning up cat messes (and people spills) and did not trigger our chemical sensitivities. Highly recommend. Thanks!
