Your employee, Ron, was courteous and wore a face mask and shoe coverings. He worked efficiently and finished our three pieces of upholstered furniture in a little over one hour.
We had made an appointment for a 1 to 3 slot, but he arrived around 10. There was some mix up in scheduling. He offered to come back at 1 but we asked him to stay. It worked out fine and we were satisfied with his work.

The team arrived early but asked if it was OK to start before unloading. This was great for me. They were quick and efficient and my carpets look great.

My home feels clean. Also like the customer service provided . And the ease of scheduling online was a boost.

Service tech was very thorough and professional. One issue on the original estimate was that the cost for pet urine cleaning was quoted as free. I noticed that it was not on the printed estimate so I inquired about it. The staff investigated and confirmed that it was quoted that way but said it was a misunderstanding. I think it should have been honored as quoted. Other than that issue, everything else went well.
