Technician called to let me know he was on the way and the approximate time he would arrive. He arrived early in the window provided when I made the appointment. He performed a site survey and noted that I had "overbooked" the cleaning request, which saved me money. The technician was courteous and completed the assignment quickly, but without missing any areas that needed cleaning. The carpet looked very good afterwards. I am very pleased with the service provided by Zerorez.
