I like that there are no chemicals involved and no soapy residue leftover. Our carpets were really not that visibly dirty because we don't wear shoes in the house. We had only a few discolored areas from our dog from a favorite spot in out bedroom from dirt he brings in from outside and oils from his hair. After the cleaning the carpet felt new to our feet again. Guys were super friendly and efficient;
have always pleased with Zerorez.

Best carpet job I have had done in the last 6 years. Decently priced. I just wished they did/had a way to get the carpets cleaned along the baseboards. (them areas stand out from the super cleaned carpets) Any advice/thoughts??? Plus I wanted to tip the guy, but that wasn't offered, or possible on how he processed the payment. I will use this company from here on out. Very impressed. Great job!!!
