I like that Zerorez is responsive to emergency clean ups, and that the technicians are knowledgeable and pleasant. When I have had urgent carpet clean ups, they have been able to schedule me within a few days. The Zerorez product is very effective and safe.

Staff are responsive, professional, and thorough. Our tech did an amazing job, answered all my questions, and was fast and efficient. The carpets look new (and that's saying a lot...we have 3 little boys) and our couch was cleaned top to bottom, crack to crevice - now it's like new!

Each time we have had our rugs cleaned, it has made our house look so fresh and lovely to look at.
