The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet and sofa cushions.
When a stubborn stain on the sofa cushion reappeared after cleaning, zerorez scheduled the technician to come out and clean it again. The stain was removed and the cushion looks like new.
