Tech (Nate) was awesome

I loved how reliable, communicative, and professional they were. Having had terrible recent experiences with other contractors, Zerorez was so incredibly refreshing.

The Zerorez techs were prompt and did a really thorough job!

Saw an ad on COCO where ZeroRez mixed iodine in a glass with electrolyzed and oxidized water (what ZeroRez uses to clean carpets) and regular tap water and I was sold at how the iodine turned into clear water while the tap water stayed with the iodine color. Scheduled my appointment online and had them here two days later! I was really impressed with how clean the carpets looked versus other companies I have used in the past, this time it was NOTICEABLY cleaner and without the after sweet smell you get with other carpet cleaning.

Kudos to the very professional Evan who accommodated my late arrival to the house appointment due to a late start for school (my children). He was prompt and kept
in contact with me while I was in route home for appointment.
