Quality work (e.g. workers wear rubber "booties" to protect the floor) done on time. Good instructions as to what to do immediately after cleaning. Carpet is, of course, damp after the procedure, but NOT excessively so.

Zerorez did a GREAT job cleaning the carpet at my mom’s house. There were stains in several spots, and they were gone when all was done. The technician who went to my mom’s house was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We paid more than anticipated because we found out there were lots of places on the carpet where her dog had peed. (The tech used an ultraviolet light to see where the stains were.) Even though it cost more, we were very happy with how the carpet turned out. My mom has had her carpet cleaned a few times in the 30 years she has lived in her house, and we have never seen it look better than how Zerorez left it.

Service was on time and the service technician was knowledgeable and very professional.

Appreciated prompt and fast service... Kyle did a nice job. Carpets dried in about time expected. Can't quite tell how they look yet.

They clean the carpets and remove the pet stains not just deodorize

Gerardo was absolutely fabulous! He was extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, Zerorez products used, stain prevention treatment, etc. He went through the areas to be cleaned with a blue light to detect any pet accidents that may have occurred and might need additional pretreatments. He educated us on all carpet care options, provided the costs associated for the services and we could decide what we wanted to do. He didn't pressure us to do more. He is exceptional, you need to keep him around!

Cory did a very good job removing most of the stains. For a few, he treated these multiple times and reduced the stains. We appreciate his hard work with a tough jpb.

The job gets done quickly and the sofa and carpet are really clean, and the stains are gone. Also the technicians are personable and know their product.

I like that Zerorez uses ionized water rather than harsh chemicals. Also, the ionized water truly leaves the carpet in a condition that doesn’t attract dirt, leaving the carpet cleaner for much longer.

Jose, who just cleaned our carpet, was extremely friendly and explained in great detail what he was doing and made suggestions for our future needs.

Your technicians are great and the carpet always looks great

Gerardo did a great job of explaining the cleaning and treatment options for our carpets. The price was higher than I had expected. He and Joey were very professional and did a great job on our carpets, even doing a throw rug in complimentary at the end. Girardo spot cleaned 2 couch cushions and unfortunately it sightly bleached out the area. However, the stains are gone. I would recommend both technicians and will have Zerorez back in the future.

You always come when you say you will. Your technicians are polite, explain what they will be doing, Go over the pricing and there are never any hidden fees. The best part is the thorough job they do. Our carpet always looks so much better. They do an excellent cleaning job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

1. Being upsold on more services and deeper cleaning five minutes after walking into the house.
