Saw an ad on COCO where ZeroRez mixed iodine in a glass with electrolyzed and oxidized water (what ZeroRez uses to clean carpets) and regular tap water and I was sold at how the iodine turned into clear water while the tap water stayed with the iodine color. Scheduled my appointment online and had them here two days later! I was really impressed with how clean the carpets looked versus other companies I have used in the past, this time it was NOTICEABLY cleaner and without the after sweet smell you get with other carpet cleaning.

Like the process and the product, ionized water, no soap and crunch. The techs that come are very professional and knowledgeable about what they have to do.
If there was one thing I would comment negatively on is Zerorez is a bit pricey compared to Stanley Steamer for instance. We have been customers for several years tho.
I love that there are no chemicals used on my carpet and that it looks and that it looks fresh and clean when you"re finished. The technicians are very polite and straight forward as far as the charges and there are no surprises.
