You always come when you say you will. Your technicians are polite, explain what they will be doing, Go over the pricing and there are never any hidden fees. The best part is the thorough job they do. Our carpet always looks so much better. They do an excellent cleaning job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I've used Zerorez for years always pleased with their carpet cleaning. This time we had them do the kitchen tile and wow! Looks great and saves me having to break my back and scrub grout by hand

Service was great, tech was great. On time, professional, did good work. Would definitely call your team again. Only minor frustration was that the cleaning spray ended up all over our floor, and we had to wash the floors after the visit. No biggie - just would've been nice to get a heads up to manage expectations if that's standard.
