The service technicians--Luis and Stef--were fantastic. They were on time, professional, courteous. They were upfront regarding what I could realistically expect from the cleaning given my pet odor issues...then they went above and beyond to give me better than anticipated results. Zerorez does an amazing job and cleans the carpet better than any other service I have had. If you are not satisfied, just call them and they will make it right. The dampness dries in just a few hours (not very wet) and it doesn't leave residue for dirt to cling to.

The technicians are all so professional and polite. The appointments are easy to schedule by talking to a live person or online. Their work is always thorough and quick. My carpets were dry to walk on within 4 hours and completely dry the next morning.

I like how clean the carpet becomes and the pet urine treatments are great! You can’t smell any of it when they are done. Also, there is no peculiar musty like smell after cleaning. Less dry time too.
