Customer service/communication is excellent, including both the office and technician, Daniel. I'm never disappointed in the carpet cleaning. The pre-prep to not incur any damage to walls, baseboards and floors is greatly appreciated, and the dry time is so much faster than any other carpet cleaners I previously used!
