My cleaner did a great job - however, I'm a little taken back by the price of your "extras" like pet spot cleaning. $45 a spot. Really? The pricey add-ons was very much a turn off. I have used you guys faithfully for years, but that was over the top.

Beau did a great job on our white rug. With all the repair work on sky lights and bathroom remodel there was a lot of traffic in and out. Just did traffic area mostly but will be calling you
