The service was exceptional! The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. We heat our home with a wood burning stove, so smoke residue had accumulated on our upholstered furniture over the years. (Plus, that furniture has tufted backs with buttons....which makes cleaning difficult!) When he finished, the pattern was bright again and there was NO lingering smell whatsoever!! Zerorez exceeded our expectations!

I have always used Zerorez and think you do a great job. My carpets always look fresh, clean, and many stains are removed. I think your prices are pretty high. I spent $900 for 2 hours worth of work. That seems a bit too much to me. For that reason I would be hesitant to refer you.
Other than that I am happy with the results.
The technician Tom was very professional and friendly. He took his time with me explaining dog urine spots and got them out. Carpet looks great.
The products avoid harmful chemicals and I feel comfortable with this for my family and pets.

Except for one time I have been very satisfied with Zerorex carpet cleaning. I have been concerned that two different times I asked for a specific person to clean my carpet, because I was especially pleased with that person, and was sent someone that I wasn't acquainted with. If I ask for a certain person and am willing to wait for that person, then I should get that service or at least be given the opportunity to accept or refuse.

We got what we expected from ZeroRez, a good, professional cleaning. The gentleman that came out knew what he was doing, and although he wasn't able to remove all the stains, he did a good job. Know that in the future, we must clean the carpets every year, and we will use ZeroRez to do the job.
The men (Alex and Keaton) who cleaned my carpets did a great job of listening to what I needed, addressing those needs and my carpet is just as clean as I hoped it would be!
