The guys were very nice and did a good job on what they did. When I called and made the appointment I stressed that the shower was cultured marble. They were not able to clean it with a machine but did it by hand. The class door and walls couldn't be done. I was a bit let down by that. So I feel the shower wasn't really cleaned thoroughly. The guys did what they could do. Moving forward when the customer tells you cultured marble you should tell them you can't clean it.

Zerorez was very good! Prompt and courteous! Cecil and Lucas were awesome!! Very fast and efficient! My carpet looks very good for its age, I am impressed. I did not have to do much my home smells fresh, and there is no chemical smell. The best part is that my carpet dried fast. It did not feel crunchy. I had a cleaner come in one time and after it dried it felt crunchy. So that tells me there was no residue left behind. Super satisfied! I called them for a second appointment to get my couches cleaned!!
