The gentlemen that came out were amazing. I'm sorry, I forgot their names. The supervisor was knowledgeable and friendly. He walked through each room with me and spent the time to go over our options and what would be best. When the second person joined, the two of them powered through our house in no time!

My only "concern" was the carpet on the steps was slightly damp for 24+ hours which I wasn't expecting. I'm wondering if it's from the protectant. It just had a slightly wet smell but I think it's gone away.

First of all, your senior tech Ryan, is awesome. Very personable and very knowledgeable. Explained the process in detail, showed me a few things I didn't know about my floor coverings, and then started to work. Your products are very good and clean very well. Careful care of my walls w/corner guards. Polite tech. Carpet looked much fresher and puffy after. Not all animal stains came out, but much did. Price was reasonable and easy to schedule.
