I like that the products are nontoxic to children and pets, there are basic levels for basic cleanings plus additional treatments for when said children and pets make additional messes on the carpet.
The ". . . rez" aspect
I love Zerorez, however the last visit I had was not pleasant. The 2 employees were not pleasant and just seemed in a hurry to leave.
The technician (Brian) was very thorough in explaining what and why certain cleaning methods were required. He did a great job of cleaning my carpet and was very professional.
The Zerorez cleaning method and the fact that the carpets dry so quickly. Cecil who came out to clean the carpets was very polite and courteous and explained everything to my satisfaction.
Evan was specific. Involved me in any issue.
