I love the ZeroRez cleaning. Luis is a 10 in my book. He was efficient, cheerful, courteous, and takes great pride in his work. I actually referred 3 neighbors Lynn Thomas, Bessie Twomey and Elle Burney.

The only negative was trying to get a service scheduled. Your scheduler quoted me one price but failed to enter it correctly. She also messed up on scheduling my neighbor with the same tech. It took 3 calls to get that mess straightened out. At one point I had 2 techs here to do two units across the hall from each other. Fortunately the techs are more in tuned with efficiency then your dispatch.
Will I use ZeroRez again? ABSOLUTELY and especially if I can get Lu back for a repeat.

I was most impressed with everyone. I had connection with from making my reservations for Service to say goodbye to the technician who completed cleaning my carpets and arm chair. Job was done quickly and efficiently.

Arrived on time. It was easy to estimate using the online estimator. I think you should add an estimator for a stand-alone rug since it is not available. Rugs came out very clean and Eric, the operator, was very thorough.
