Our service rep, Thomas, was very courteous, thorough, efficient and friendly. He went over the cleaning plan and estimated time it would take. Overall this process was pretty easy on us; we are pleased with the results.

Zerorez may cost a bit more than some other services but it has delivered consistently excellent results and this is extending the life of my carpeting. I would not use anyone else. Worth every nickel.

I like ZeroRez because the technicians are top notch, the technician I had on Sep 3rd was extremely professional, and extremely conscientious, he did a superior job cleaning tile, carpet and upholstery. the method Zerorez uses leaves no residue to attract dirt again quickly....and that is a big plus with me. My carpet is 30 years old and it looks like new. I have only used ZeroRez for cleaning, This last time, I had a major water leak in the walls with much teardown and rebuild to get me whole again. Needless to say, the house underwent serious construction dirt, but ZeroRez did such a powerful job cleaning...you would never know what this 30 year old home went thru...looks wonderful.
