Due to a smoke detector failure, I had to have firemen in my town home to shut it down. Unfortunately, one of them tracked something nasty on the landing of my stairs. Nothing I had touched it, so I called ZeroRez. The technician arrived exactly on time. He checked the mess out, and warned that he might not be able to remove it. But, he was able, and in the end, no one could ever tell there was a spot! Great job!

The process. My carpets are always fresh smelling and soft with no feeling of residue. The techs are always professional and friendly. In this day, many service people act like they are doing you a favor by providing their service, not with ZeroRez.

Came out great and the tech was great to work with. I hate when carpet cleaners aggressively oversell, he asked politely if I wanted additional services but didn’t push or rip me off.

Brandon did an amazing job- above and beyond what I expected. I just wanted my carpet to look "better" as i am planning to replace when my son goes to college but he made it look nearly new!!!
