My only negative feedback is that the management team doesn’t care enough to return clients phone calls unless you’re calling to report a problem. I’ve called Zerorez at least four times to give positive feedback for their technicians and no one ever returned my call.

He did a great job explaining all that he was doing and, since we were slightly below the total number of “areas” for the special pricing, he added on a couple additional services (i.e., stairs, protectant) for a reasonable, additional cost. I have used Zerorez for years. The technicians are always amazing. This year I got both my carpet and tile done. They both look amazing.
Our carpets look brand new and your technician was very professional. My tile entryway looks so clean wish I had him clean the tile in my bathrooms.
