Your techs came the first time, but there were some black marks left by the machine that we noticed more and more as the carpet was drying. We called to get the areas redone, and you sent someone pretty soon. We appreciated it. The techs were very nice. the carpet ;looks better.

Very good clean! Laz was our carpet cleaner, he did an excellent job.
I would say it would be good to let your customers know possible other charges...... such as
pet spray per room charge, what that charge per room would be. What stains will not be able to be removed.
Also, remind your technicians just because a person lives in a nice home doesn't mean they can "up charge" the quote to increase their pay. This happens all the time with ALL carpet cleaners. You would do best to let the carpet cleaner and the homeowner know that what is quoted is what will be charged.... unless they agree to the extra possible need for stain or pet stain removal.

I really liked their process to get our carpet cleaned. First, the carpet was pretreated then a big circular brush was used to clean it, then rinsed. The tech, Cody, did a great job and was very personable and professional.
Zerorez is my go to carpet cleaning Company because they do not soak the carpet and it is dry in around six hours. The young man who came to clean the carpet, was very a breath of fresh air and so nice to work with. The carpet looked like new when he was done.
