Our sweet, older dog has recently been having urinary incontinence issues. We weren't sure exactly where the carpet had been soiled, but could smell it and knew we needed to get it resolved right away. We called Zerorez and they were able to schedule an appointment immediately. Jeremy was our technician and did an amazing job with the bio treatment, carpet cleaning and putting the protectant on after the cleaning. Our carpet was only 1 year old and we decided that a carpet protectant was essential.

Jeremy was very professional, knowledgeable about the product, and gave us great recommendations. He even gave us discounts on certain services that made the pricing very affordable. If we need Zerorez' services again, we will definitely ask for Jeremy as our technician. He represents the company professionally and ethically and we could not be more pleased.

From the time we made the appointment online, we had great service. Received a call right away to to confirm our appointment we had just made. On Tuesday a half hour before our time received a call they were on their way. The service technician arrived was very polite and courteous did a great job doing our Three bedrooms,Master bedroom, two bathrooms, Hall, stairs and two landings as well as three area rugs. Did an outstanding job and was done in just a couple of hours. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and highly recommend. They're cleaning process does not leave the carpets soaking wet and they look brand new. We will definitely use Zerorez again.

Services: the technicians are great, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Products: the product/tools used to clean the carpet worked well. Carpets were initially brighter.

Comments: the product used on the carpet at the end of the cleaning discolored the carpet. The spray was used to protect the fibers and help reduce wear spots. Unfortunately, it dried and left dark-ish areas. I have a light carpet and it is noticeable

Gabriel was great...he is a hard worker....I like the cleaning method..A woman who answers the phone is not helpful or friendly...I can't think of her name..The guy I talked to was very nice and helpful...I'm bad with names...Maybe you can figure out who I spoke too...zit makes a big difference to be treated with respect..

Very timely!! Love the results, my only feedback would be to watch for seams in the carpet. The dampness seemed to lift the carpet around the seams.
