Michael arrived on time and promptly looked over each area and an area rug I wanted cleaned. He was very conscious about covering floors and doorways. He did a fantastic job pretreating and cleaning all rooms.

Everything is done well. Although, the technician said that the stain came completely out of one of the rugs they cleaned yesterday and once it dried you can still see the stain.
