Jordan was the tech who cleaned my 2 bedrooms and an area rug. Darn hard working young guy! He was politeand worked very hard. The cleaning process is very good and everything looks like new!

I was a bit dismayed when about an hour after Jordan left and before the carpet was dried ripples developed, which really concerned me. It looked as if the carpet had been stretched or was too wet. It was too late to call about that finding. I thought that it may "flatten" when completely dried and that's exactly what happened. Thank goodness.

All and all the carpet is very clean, looks like new and I thought the price was reasonable.

Excellent customer service. Friendly on the phone and in person, very quick to respond to email, I had to change my appointment date and they were very helpful with that. I will definitely use them again.

This rating is only applicable if Jeremy is the technician. I have used Zerorez many times over many years and have never had the quality of service and professionalism presented by Jeremy. Jeremy is a credit to this company and he will be the only technician from Zerorez that I want cleaning my carpets.
