Carlos was the young man who came out to clean our carpet. He was very proffessional and
worked efficiently. I think when your company says three rooms for 99$, it is a little misleading as ours was a large room that was 99$, plus multiple add on's with pets that I completely
understand. On the other side, I didnt feel we saved much money from a different company we used before to support local business. It did take longer than the hours mentioned to dry.
We were overall happy with the results however.
