I like that the process is quick and thorough, and the employees on all fronts have been extremely friendly and professional. I wish I knew what this “enzyme” is for bio-related concerns, so I can gauge if it’s a snake oil situation or true science, but I agreed to it and hope that it really disinfected all the things the rep said would be disinfected.
