My 30+ year old carpet always looks amazing & your technicians are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

My technician was very nice, helpful and respectful of my house as he moved the machinery and tubing. I had two sectionals, 3 carpets and 1 wool area rug and he finished in about 2 hours. That seemed fast to me, but everything looks good, so I guess he was just efficient.

I like the zero residue after cleaning; carpets feel clean and soft, not crunchy. I like how they care for the walls with corner guards and lay runners in the hallways. Cecil was thorough, professional and so kind.

Technicians are nice, thorough, professional. Equipment is in good condition. Carpets look clean and aren't as wet as some other companies. Pricing specials make it fairly affordable.
3 rooms were $117.00.
They were on time. They told me my position within the window. I was customer #2 He used corner guards , covered his shoes and put styrofoam pads under my wood furniture to protect it from damp carpet. I have used ZeroRez 4 or 5 times. I will use them again.
