Everything went very well from scheduling the appointment to completion of the service. I think the technician's name was Taylor. He called prior to his arrival, showed up during the scheduled time and did a fantastic job. He was very cordial and knowledgeable about the service he there to provide. I will definitely use Zerorez for all future cleanings.

It was a fairly quick process. Not as loud as I thought it may be. My carpets were pretty bad, but they came out looking much better. The employee was very professional and explained any questions or concerns I may have had.

I appreciate the ease of scheduling, the good communication with tech, the adherence to promised schedule, and excellent cleaning results. I thought this time that the carpet was left a bit wet. It took a day and 1/2 to fully dry even though heat was turned up, and overhead fans were running.

They offered a stretch carpet service, which if I was a homeowner I still would’ve said yes but since I’m a renter, I said no, not my home not my problem. lol
