Price is a little high. I have a very small house and I thought $260 was a little too much. I am very satsified with the service however. Dean did a great job and excellent customer service. I asked about cleaning vents and it was way beyond my expectations for a 1250 sq foot house.

I loved Dean's friendliness! I didn't feel like he was a stranger and he did an outstanding job explaining the process and answered all questions that I had for him. My sister and son were visiting and they were impressed. My sister will call for an appointment.

They did a great job cleaning my sofa and chair. I had hired another company last year that did not do as good of a job and discolored the material under the sofa and chair cushions which Andrew was able to lighten (not get it totally corrected) but a whole lot better. I will be recommending you to my friends and family.

I like that Zerorez is very interested in satisfying their customers, even if it means coming back for a redo. However, the cost is quite high.
The high traffic areas look alot better. Gerry took time to answer questions. As my daughter said "the carpet looks awesome"
