Your technician, Ryan, was completely dedicated to my being 100% satisfied with his work, cleaning the stairway(particularly difficult with almost white carpeting..), and explaining to me about the edges of the carpeting...and dirt distribution. He did an extremely excellent job, was courteous, and particularly watchful of the walls, corners, etc. He is quite an addition to your work force crew.
