Raymond was on time, offered suggestions for service, but wasn't too pushy. He knew his product and service. The carpet result was wonderful - especially for 15 year old carpet. I also appreciated that he wasn't in a rush to go home even though he started at 5pm. He spent the time needed to do the job right. I'm impressed and will use Zerorez again and recommend to others.
Green products, good customer service
The service technicians were very helpful and did a through job. Once I saw the results of the carpets I had them scheduled for I had them do the rest of the house.
I appreciate the friendly office staff. I need an "emergency" cleaning, and she was more than willing to fit me into the schedule. The gentlemen who came to the house were professional and took great care with our furniture. They even moved several large items to make sure the entire room was cleaned.
The last time we used Zerorez, they measured the three rooms by square footage. Because our rooms were below the square footage requirements, they inclued the hallway without charging extra. I was so appreciative. This time, however, we were charged an extra forty dollars, even though the promotional deal was the same (KOA). I was disappointed with the extra charge.

The guys were very professional, informational about what they were doing and quick to get the job done well. They also gave me great tips about the proper care of my carpets.
Price is a little high. I have a very small house and I thought $260 was a little too much. I am very satsified with the service however. Dean did a great job and excellent customer service. I asked about cleaning vents and it was way beyond my expectations for a 1250 sq foot house.
