The cost was quite a lot more than I thought it would be...$550.00 for my small townhome,
so I didn't tip Josh...actually didn't even think to because the total cost was so much
higher than I had in mind. So I hope he is paid well for ALL the hard work he does, and he is very professional.

Dry quickly, no residue, long lasting

Your time frame is very useful with the call 30 minutes before arrival. The technicians are careful in your house. I like how the bill is settled before the work starts.

My carpets looked great after the cleaning but there were a few spots that didn't come out so they came back and got those spots - I am very happy with Zerorez's services.

capets were very dirty and stained. cleaning got them very clean. the carpet dried in 5 hours which is a plus for me. men were very pleasant and helpful, cleaned up well and didn't tarry.

A little disappointed re stain, knew that could happen. Odor seems to have gone away.
However, with the warm weather coming on a more permanent basis,, I'd like take up your offer for a fix if that ocurrs.
