We have used Zerorez for years now. We sorely abuse our carpets as we don't require people to take off their shoes. There isn't much point to it when you have two crazy collies running in and out of the house all the time from the yard and the main access into the house comes from either the garage where my husband is always working on cars; the walkout right off the backyard; or, the front door - so there's lots use of high traffic carpeted areas. When your techs are finished the carpet always looks and smells like new and it maintains that look all year so long as we vacuum thoroughly on a regular basis.
