Dries fast and pleasant smell, although the carpet didn't seem to come as clean as last time and there was a very sticky residue on the surrounding wood and tile floors.

Product is the best

I like the greener approach to carpet cleaning. The staff were friendly but were not pushy at all with add-ons, etc. They wore shoe covers and left me a pair, too, which came in handy. Also, they put plastic squares under the furniture legs...all these aspects really made for a great experience.

I thought Adam, the tech who cleaned our carpets was really nice, took a long time cleaning and made sure it was all done properly. My carpets look really nice.

I like the concept of no soap, detergent or other similar substances going into my carpet. I realize that deep pet stains take an extra measure of effort that requires some chemicals, but you do such a good job.

When they advertised "carpet cleaning", in my mind I visualized, cleanER carpet, not as clean as I could have imagined.
Seeing the carpet after the cleaning was a shock to my central nervous system. I saw in front of me a carpet that was begging to be sprawled out on. Coming into the house through the family room door from my outside grilling station, I have dripped and dropped grease, bar-b-que sauce, liquid refreshment and a host of other ingredients, that in my mind left permanent stains. I was prepared to replace the carpeting, but, my wife insisted that I call Zerorez and try them before taking such drastic action. I was hesisitant to say the least, but, as all good husbands who are anxiously awaiting for an incident where one can say "I told you so", I made the appointment with Zerorez.
I am shocked to say the least. There are no tell tale signs of my grilling blunders and I would have to say that my carpet is more than just clean, it is exceptionally clean with no crispy, crusty residue. I requested that stain guard protection be applied and now I am confident with the products you use and that future grill messes will not be as predominant prior to future cleanings.
Thank you Zerorez!!! You have performed a phenomenal feat at such an affordable price. Short of keeping you in "speed-dial", I will be calling for your service annually.

I like that your guy was prompt. Window was 3 to 5 ..he was there at 2:50..I like that he took an interest in his work and pointed out different things to me...but I think your prices are too high for stairs and extra rooms. Even though the $129.00 special was good for 3 rooms..the stairs and extra rooms were too pricey. (since you are aleady there).
