He needs to understand he is "not the smartest" guy in the room and he needs to learn when to "stop talking". His disposition was over the top "you have to listen to me" because I am the expert and I am going to up sell you until I make enough money off of you...He tried this approach to the point it made me question your product because according to Josh it doesn't work unless you get all the "treatments" he recommended. I am the Director of Sales at my company and my reps would run circles around Josh. Do not every send him to my house again. Thank you, Name removed
