I have always liked the friendliness and knowledge of the technicians. I have also appreciated the responsiveness, no long wait to schedule. We were not satisfied with the results in one of our hard-to-clean areas, which we only realized after the service was complete and the lighting changed in the room. The same technician returned the very next day and successfully reworked that area at no cost.
Carpets and upholstery look great, almost dry after service and no lingering chemical odors. The technician was thorough and very professional.
I felt that your cleaning was more thorough than other companies. What others had told me was "wear" on my carpet--I didn't see those spots after your company cleaned.

the service was the most impressive. i had Mike as a service tech and i would like to put him in for a raise. he hustled harder than anyone i have ever seen. he was very informative and polite. he is a true professional of his craft. he seemed very knowledgable and was open to share that information in a way that was implied the importance of any treatments without being pushy or condescending. he was a great salesman as well as a hard laborer.
On time...personable...knowledgable! We had a morning scheduled time for the guys to come over. They were on time, very nice. When he went out to start the van to clean our carpets a brand-new belt broke. He could not start with the service. So he made a few phone calls and that van was towed away and my scheduled service time went from morning to late afternoon. They showed up again and got the job done! Very satisfied with the carpets, the large couch and steps that they cleaned. I will be hiring them for future services. A bit expensive but worth it!!! They even power washed my drive way because of the fluid that spilled out of the van when it broke down...very thoughtful...not everyone in this world pays attention to detail anymore and this company definitely did! Thanks =)
