Our technician was great and we are happy with the results we see thus far. The only thing that was hard to take was the pricing. We knew we had some large decontamination areas and we were expecting the pricing to be higher than the $350 we were originally quoted, however, not sure we were expecting it to be $1,000 higher.

We have pet urine in our carpet and Zerorez put an enzyme on the carpet and so far, it hardly smells like pet. The gentleman that cleaned the carpet was super nice and we are very happy with the service we got and plan to use you for future carpet cleaning. Thank you!

Your staff are very professional and pleasant. They always arrive on time and do a thorough job. I think the odor removal for pets could be better however. My stairs still smell like dog. My carpet is old so maybe it is impossible to get the stairs to smell better. Name removed
