Professional employee, very knowledgeable about your cleaning services and options. He called prior to appointment time to confirm. I even had him clean a ten year old 100% wool rug. It looks brand new! He also removed some old pets accidents stains from my carpet. The light smell of the product he used was very mild and clean and not over powering, nor did it linger after the carpet dried.
