No chemicals, carpet damp for less time than with other companies I've used and carpet is not "crunchy" the next day as with some other companies I've used previously.
Liked the products very much!!! Josh worked his tail off stretching our carpeting and Vance worked hard at cleaning our carpets!!!! I need to call back to have Josh stretch a little bit more carpet in our basement. I did feel our job was so massive and they had to rush at the end of their long 7 1/2 hour day here!!!! It wasn't fun for them, had to work so hard and the results are good. Still have some areas that probably won't come completely clean bc of the age of our carpets.
