I like that my carpet looks better than when it was new. They are only 9 months d snd look better now.
Obviously, the process itself -- no residue left behind. I had several pet stains and a soda stain that left quite a bit of syrup behind -- all of these were completely removed even though some stains were months old.
Tech was on time and efficient; explained the services and did a nice job cleaning.

We were in a real bind, and you guys came through for us. We found out that Stanley Steamer had already cleaned the carpet, but the odor was still so strong from the 3 dogs that had lived here. You came in and cleaned in such a short time the night before and the carpet was fully dry when we moved in the next day! Better yet, we have not noticed any odor since then.

The people you sent were true professionals and extremely courteous. The reason I did not give a 10 is because there were two areas where the carpet swelled up and lifted off the floor. It seems they are subsiding and time will tell if they completely subside.
