We have two dogs and light, cream colored carpet in three sets of stair cases as well as our bedrooms, dirt is unavoidable. The job Ricky and Zerorez did cleaning our carpets was unbelievable, unlike any other professional service we've used. Ricky came to me mid-job to point out the difference from where he'd already cleaned and the unclean part of the rug and it had to be two shades lighter! So many things to like, the drying time is less than 8 hours, (4 days with prior cleaning company), spot removal with no return hints of stain, the softness of the carpet after versus stiff from other companies, the friendliness and professionalism of the employee. Ahmad was awesome. Thank you, thank you. Carpet looks brand new and its only 12 years old.

No chemicals and really nice people who work for you.

I have been using Zerorez for many years, a referral from a neighbor, and I have referred Zerorez to my other neighbors and friends. My next door neighbor just had their carpets done for the fist time by Zerorez this past weekend, after seeing your truck at my home the prior weekend. I have always been happy with the results, the carpets are clean and soft, and not crunchy like some other cleaning serivces. I have pets so I like that there are no chemicals used. Zerorez employees have always been curtious and friendly and very knowledable in the area of carpets and carpet cleaning products and have over the years offered sound avice about what types of products not to use on my carpets.

The products used cleaned extremely well that you can really see the difference what others did not, and left a very clean and fresh odor while others smelled soapy, and of chemicals. The service Devon gave was wonderful; he was on time, very pleasant and courteous, and did his job thoroughly. The lady that took my call was extremely pleasant and helpful. She showed how she and Zerorez cared for their customer in her voice and attitude, which means so much to a customer; I should have remembered her name, and I do apologize to her for not remembering.

Lingering scent was pleasant-smelling. Dried fast except in the areas that needed more attention. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to meet my needs.
