Guys very polite and professional. They left everything clena, no dris of water, etc. and explained things well. They did a great job on a small wool rug, basially completely removed a very old but obvious pet stain I had treated numerous times which only made t worse. The scented product with orange smells great. All in all, a good experience and I shall use you again. Thanks!

Carpet looks really clean

Best on-site employee I've probably ever dealt with, and I've lived in this house for 30 years (Michael Miller). He made suggestions, pointed out lower cost options, and did a fantastic job. The best thing? Having carpets and area rugs that are spot-free, without any harsh chemical odor after. It's been a while since we've had our carpets cleaned; we won't be waiting as long anymore now that we know about Zerorez. (BTW, I love the fact that your name is a palindrome!)
