The personnel. They take their time and make sure the customer is always happy. They do a great job and I have recommended them to my family and friends. Please do not compromise on service by pressuring the staff to hurry because in the long run the company will probably suffer. Customers will go away. You have a good thing going. very professional --- the office personnel were in constant contact with me concerning my upcoming appointment and they always returned calls & acknowledged they received my information (which is very unusual for any company to do); the technician, Gabe, carefully prepared the home to avoid any nicks or scratches with the cleaning equipment before starting the process (I've never seen that before); he thoroughly explained the procedure for taking care of the problem areas I had and the cost; he was honest with his recommendation

Our technician, James, was very professional & courteous. He exhibited a willingness to satisfy the customer's needs & address concerns. James was knowledgeable about carpet synthetics & composition & took care to not clean what needed to be sent out. He worked on "sticky" double-sided taped rug areas & successfully cleaned these. I have since called back after our service on 7/20/2015 to report that two traffic areas did not come as clean as other areas treated by Zerorez. Zerorez has responded to a follow-up request to treat these areas without charge; that appointment is set for 7/31/2015. Thank you, Zerorez!
