Excellent results on our carpet cleaning. Our technician Henry was very professional, polite, and did an amazing job on our carpets. He was able to remove multiple stains in the high traffic areas leaving our carpets looking brand new. This was our first experience with Zeroez, due to the excellent results and Henry's excellence we will be using Zerorez annually to maintain how great they look. Thank you for being a company that adversities a product that they can actually deliver, which is so uncommon these day.

I was very impressed with both the cleaning as well as the technician. Our carpet is a good quality carpet but was in need of cleaning. The technician, Seth, was excellent. Not only did he do a superb job at cleaning, he represented your company well. He was very polite, and seemed to take pride in his work. He was neatly groomed and dressed in his company uniform. I like the direct approach prior to services rendered. Your technician was prompt, professional and courteous. I found one spot that was not cleaned totally in a high traffic area. Was a bit disappointed that it took over 12 hours to dry and was difficult to stay off carpet for that length of time.
