No odor lingers in our home and the carpet dries quickly if fans are kept running overnight. Dennis answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. Finally, the cost/price was very reasonable.
Very appreciative of specific arrival time when service was to be performed. This was a return call to our home for two areas where traffic pattern was not "lifted" & still noticeable. (No complaints). James Chase was fastidious in his efforts and we were pleased with both his professionalism and abilities in treating our carpeting. Our technician was absolutely FANTASTIC. We have had a lot of various services performed by a lot of different companies over the years and I feel he was the nicest, most professional, and most courteous of them all by far. Not only are we very happy with the quality of work that was done and the value we received, but I would go as far as to say we would most definitely request to have James again if possible. Aside from the wonderful customer service, we are also very pleased with the work that was done. We really like the way the carpet looks and feels to walk on. I am very happy we chose Zerorez to clean our carpets and would absolutely recommend you guys to anyway I speak with.
