When Vance called me about 30 minutes out I had to run and pick up my son from school. I actually left the front door unlocked incase I wanted to just let him go right in, well I ran Kate he called when he got there I trusted him from talking to him do told him to go right in if he did not mind. He went in looked around called me with a couple questions, then did the work. I had a couple bad spots figured would not come out very easily. I never did make it back before he left but when I got back and looked the the carpet it looked great. I had no issues with him being there by himself. Would highly recommend their service it really does come clean.

Excellent effort and great results
The technicians do such a great job and get my carpets SOOOO clean. Yesterday I mentioned to Josh that I needed to make an appointment to have Zerorez come out and clean my area rugs since I needed to move my furniture. Josh said "we can do that today." He and Rick pulled my area rugs out from under my dining room table and MY BED!! Took them outside, cleaned them and then put them back!! They also cleaned my dining room chairs!! My house smells so clean and fresh and I was thrilled! Some off the BEST customer service I have ever had. Rick and Josh were so considerate and helpful- cannot say enough good about them. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

I have faith that what they say is what they do. When the service guy said he could get the spot out - I was doubtful but he actually was able to remove the really bad spot!

The products used seem to keep my carpet cleaner. Once a year call back but happy with that, I think that is a very reasonable amount of time.
