no bad chemicals. What I was not pleased with was getting an email, the day after having my credit card charged for $250, with an offer to clean three rooms for $99, or something like that. Also, because of travel schedule, I told several different individuals in the office I would be delayed in picking up the rug I sent to be cleaned, but no one seemed to have any record of my conversations with other employees. So, I would suggest working on improving intra-office communications!

The tech, Rich or Rick I believe, was very friendly and professional to my tenants. They specifically asked me to pass this on to Zerorez. The carpet looks phenomenal. About a year prior I had the carpet professionally cleaned and the results were pathetic compared to Zerorez.

I had three rooms "cleaned" a couple of weeks ago and was very unhappy with the results. I have been raving to friends about Zerorez for a few years now because I have always been so pleased with how great my carpets look after a Zerorez cleaning. I have come to expect amazing results!! I am not one to complain much, so I thought I would just let it go, but the more I looked at my carpet, the more unhappy I was. I called, and the next day John and Fred (original tech)came and redid the whole area. John even cleaned an entire recliner that I had only had the headrest done on originaly at no extra cost. Now my carpet is perfect!! Just as I have come to expect from Zerorez!!
I like that you can do pet treatment on the carpet! My house smells so much better!
